What we collect

Your email and name to issue tickets and sign you in; optional role and company if you opt in to the guest list; payment details handled by our payment provider, never stored by us; usage data to run and improve the product.

Guest list

If you opt in, your name, role and company are visible to other ticket holders of the same event. You can opt out from your ticket page at any time.

Hosts

Hosts see the names and emails of their attendees to run the event, and may email them about that event. They may not export or sell your data.

Sponsors

Sponsors only receive your details if you scan their badge or tick a box that says so.

Retention

Tickets and orders are kept for tax purposes as long as the law requires. You can delete your account and we remove everything else.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and portability. Write to legal@localhost.events. We operate under GDPR for EU users and equivalent rules elsewhere.

Cookies

Sign-in cookies and a theme preference. No advertising trackers.
